{"id":38,"date":"2009-03-11T17:51:03","date_gmt":"2009-03-11T16:51:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.cyril-grandjean.fr\/articles\/?p=38"},"modified":"2016-02-03T15:59:38","modified_gmt":"2016-02-03T14:59:38","slug":"logiciel-de-gestion-locative-agoraimm-v17","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cyril-grandjean.fr\/en\/software-of-renting-management-agoraimm-v1-7","title":{"rendered":"Software of renting management Agoraimm v1.7"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This is a preview of the software that I have create during my full-time internship (3 months) and during my part-time internship (A day a week).<\/p>\n<p>This software of renting management Agoraimm v1.7 (Using the PHP &#8211; MySQL &#8211; Javascript &#8211; Ajax technologies) is integrated into the website <a href=\"http:\/\/agoraimmobilier.fr\">agoraimmobilier.fr<\/a> and allows an effective management of the rents.<\/p>\n<p>Here are <strong>some fonctionalities<\/strong> of this software :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monthly calendar (glimpes of the state of the rents)<\/li>\n<li>Monthly report of management for the owners<\/li>\n<li>Quarterly receipt of management fee<\/li>\n<li>Annual receipt of management fee<\/li>\n<li>Annual summarization of rent and service charges<\/li>\n<li>State of the accounts tenants<\/li>\n<li>List of the transfers to be made to the owners<\/li>\n<li>Big quarterly book for the accounting<\/li>\n<li>Edition of receipt in the PDF format<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The owners, the tenants, the accountants have their own online interface in the website.
